Registration
The registration system considers Brazilian residents which will pay fees in Brazilian currency (reais) and overseas residents which will pay fees in US dollars following the table below.

Joint Conference Registration Fees
All registration done in the Joint Conference gives access to all oral sessions, coffee-breaks, invited talks and one selected workshop and tutorial.

At least one author of each workshop paper must be register in Joint Conference event as FULL REGISTRATION or Workshop Student Author.

Student Author and Student registration types do not include
POST-DOC members, they allow only PhD, Master Degree and undergraduate students under verification.

Registration Policy (please read carefully)

  • All registrations are granted with free access to the entire event, which include all oral sessions, coffee-breaks, invited talks and one selected workshop and tutorial. 
  • Only Full Registration will receive the Proceedings of all events (SBIA, SBRN, EnRI/LARS, Workshops) and a dinner ticket.
  • Workshop Student Author will receive only Workshops Proceedings
  • There is a discount for SBC and IEEE members. The SBC or IEEE membership number will be required in the registration form.
  • There is a special fee for students and for Workshop student authors. However, they are free to perform a FULL REGISTRATION instead of student or workshop student author registration.

 

 

What is the Extra Paper Fee ?

If you have more than 2 papers accepted in SBIA, or SBRN, or EnRI/LARS, you must pay the Extra Paper Fee for each paper from your 3rd accepted paper.

(Workshops are not considered)


For example, if one author has:

- SBIA: 3 papers accepted
- SBRN: 2 papers accepted
- EnRI/LARS: 4 papers Accepted

Then, he must register himself a FULL REGISTRATION and pay 3 extra paper fees (one for SBIA and two for EnRI/LARS).


Another example, an author has:

- SBIA: 2 papers accepted
- SBRN: 1 papers accepted
- EnRI/LARS: 1 papers Accepted
- Workshops: 5 papers accepted

Then, he must register himself a FULL REGISTRATION and NO EXTRA PAPER FEE.
